Instrument Factory is a medium-sized military
enterprise specialized in the manufacturing of electric
meters with a capacity of 2.5million units a year. In 1999
it was listed in the Recommended Directory of Equipment,
Products and Manufacturers for National Reconstruction of
Urban and Rural Power System by the State Committee of Economy
and Trade. Its precuts have passed the test by the National
Power Corporation. The DD700 series long-life electric meters
developed by the factory have passed the tests at the ministerial
and provincial levels and put into batch production.
Presently its main products include: single-phase and three-phase
electric meters, pulse meters, DD700 series long-life meters,
electronic meters, single-phase electric meter prepaid with
IC card, circuit breakers, etc.
Zhejiang Instrument Factory has got the ISO9002 certificate
and boasts good sales of its products in 18 provinces and
autonomous regions in China as well as in the countries
and regions in Middle East and Southeast Asia. The factory
also has the complete processing equipment to ensure the
moulds and other appliances necessary for the production
of instruments and meters.
