Composite thickening machine with hot wind
¡¡¡¡Composite thickening machine with
hot wind is mainly used for thickening EPE high foaming slice
material. It takes air as heat transmission medium, uses high
temperature air to melt and stick 2 pieces of EPE slice material,
through steel roll and extruding to get composite thickening
material. Composite products are widely used for construction
material, packing, shoe and case making industries etc. This
machine possesses reasonable structure, high production efficiency
and good composite effect. It is easy to operate.

Foam coning mill
¡¡¡¡This mill is mainly used for composting
coning on PE foaming slice material, PE film, Aluminizing
film and films able to stick with PE at certain temperature.
Coning steel roll is heated up by hot oil. Small spot and
square are adopted as coning figure, other figure can also
be specified. Joining roll is made of high temperature rubber.
An electrical magnetic adjustable-speed motor is adopted as
joining motor. Coning production are mainly used for packing
high lever electrics, glasses and ceramic vessels or used
as floor liner, etc.
