¡¡¡¡High foaming polyethylene slice(pipe¡¢bar)material production line is single grade extruding and foaming equipment with large L/D. It takes polyethylene resin with low density as raw material, injects shrinking proof agent and foaming agent with high pressure in extruding process, through screw plasticizing and mixing, extrudes from dies, cools and forms into foaming products.

Technique process
¡¡¡¡Polyethylene raw material and talc powder etc is put into mixer in terms of ratio demanded by technique. Mixed uniformly--put into the material box on automatic feeder, fed to the material funnel on extruder--enter in feeding stage of extruder--shrinking proof agent is injected-- foaming agent s injected--mixed material through plasticizing is extruded from machine head-cooled and formed--planed--drawn--winded--packed and scaled.
